A little help before you start making. If your question isn’t here, get in touch.

Who is Craftikit for?

There’s something for kids, grown-ups and pets. Our kids’ craft kits are designed for ages 4–10. Coloring blankets are suitable for ages 3 and up; check each product page for its size and age guidance.

What comes in the box?

Our kids’ craft kits contain 20 individually organized projects. The grown-up Birds & Butterflies kit contains 15 projects. Coloring blankets and pajamas include fabric markers. Each product page lists its contents.

Do the colors wash out?

The included fabric markers are permanent. Follow the care label and product instructions, and protect your work surface while coloring.

How do I choose a pajama size?

Use your child’s height and weight with our pajama size guide. These pajamas are designed for a close fit.

Where do you ship, and what does it cost?

We currently ship within the USA. Standard shipping is $4.99 and expedited shipping is $9.99. US orders of $60 or more qualify for free standard shipping. Orders ship from the US in 1–2 days; shipping time is separate from delivery time. See our shipping policy.

Can I return an order?

See our returns and refunds policy for eligibility and how to start a return.

My size or design is sold out. What can I do?

Select the size or design you want on its product page and use the restock notification option where available. We’ll let you know when it returns.

Do I need crafting experience?

No crafty skills needed. Pick a project, follow the included instructions and make it your own. Kids may need a grown-up’s help with some steps.
