Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • Uncoloured and unwashed

  • With original tags attached

  • In original packaging

You will also need proof of purchase.

Items that have been coloured, worn, washed, or altered in any way are not eligible for return.

If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Where possible, we may send replacement parts or a replacement item within 2–3 business days.


Non-returnable items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been coloured, worn, washed, or used

  • Custom or personalised items

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

If you need a different size or have ordered the wrong item, contact us at contact@craftikit.com. We will help you arrange the fastest possible solution.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times vary by bank or card provider.
